What to know before buying
The seller excludes large breeds. Glasses and a hood may be less tolerable than the cape alone.
Neck circumference, chest circumference and back length describe different aspects of fit. A broad neck range does not tell you whether a cape will drag, and a brand’s small or XXL label cannot be transferred to another brand. Compare the stated dimensions with your pet rather than selecting from a breed photo or weight estimate alone.
Start with the pet’s measurements and tolerance
For this product: Start with the cape and add the tie or glasses only if the pet remains comfortable and its vision stays clear.
Introduce the simplest part first and watch the pet’s response. Keep vision, breathing, walking and tail movement unobstructed, supervise any wear and remove the outfit if it causes discomfort. A brief photograph may suit an accessory that would not be appropriate for a long outing. Separate hats and glasses can be omitted if the pet tolerates only a cape or bandana.
