SpookyOctober brings Halloween costume ideas, decorating inspiration and practical shopping collections together.

How this collection began

We reviewed 15 Halloween retail websites, inspected TikTok, Facebook and Instagram search results, and used supplied TikTok Creator Search Insights to identify useful themes. Pirate costume inspiration and easy makeup shaped the first guides. Light-up ghosts, spiderweb porch displays and practical party products shaped the decorating collections.

How we select products

The launch catalogue contains 122 unique Amazon US listings across 13 groups. During the 22 October 2026 research session, these listings showed purchase controls and ratings of at least 4.0 in Amazon search results. Sponsored search cards were excluded from that initial selection. A small set of lead products received additional product-page checks.

This is researched curation, not hands-on testing of every item. We do not claim that every item is a bestseller, the exact product in a creator video or suitable for every buyer. Our guides explain what to compare before choosing.
